

3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions chopped
1/2 (3 oz) pkg bacon bits
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
** NOTE this recipe serves 6 but there is no way 6 of these will get eaten here so I divide the recipe in half and used 2 chicken breasts. It turned out delicious.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and brown the breast 5 minutes on each side.
Put the breasts in an oven proof dish and brush with the teriyaki sauce.
Then the ranch, making sure it is all covered.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar on the chicken
Add the bacon bits
and finally the green onions.

Isn't that pretty? Now bake for 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear.
